I use FrontPage 2000, Adobe 2.0, Internet Explorer. I want to know the photo
size settings that I should be using in Adobe to save my photos to my
computer and then import them to FrontPage website. The choices I am given
are: 1) Width and/or Height in pixels. 2) Resolution - pixels to inch. 3)
Contrain - check box for one or both of Proportions and File size. Thanks.

I recommend no more than about 550 pixels wide for horizontals and 450 tall
for verticals. The resolution is 72 for use on the web. In Photoshop you can
Save for the web under FILE. You need to optimize them down to between 45
and 65kb. Go to the help files for more info.

Pixels. Make them as small as you can and still convey the message.
Optimize them until another round of optimization makes them unusable. And
shoot for a total page weight of 40-45K, including code, images, and
externally linked files.
