Photo Printing Wizard

My mother just recently bought a Dell A90 photo printer
and an Olympus digital camera. I am trying to walk here
through the process of using the Photo Printing Wizard.
Her problem is 75% of the picture is printed on one page
and the other 25% is printed on the next page. She has
purchased 4x6 glossy paper and that's what we select from
the template. But it does not work. I have tried
changing the layout from landscape to portrait. I have
tried turning the paper in the printer. We have called
Dell tech support, but they have not gotten it to work.
I am thinking at this point it has got to be something
simple! Any ideas or other persons had this problem?

If you go to...Control Panel / Printers / /and
right click the icon for the Dell A90 photo
printer....are all the preferences for default
paper size set to 4x6? (you may need to
adjust this setting in more than one place)
If they are...when you right click an image
and choose...Print...the Printer Wizard should
only offer the one size. If you have several
template choices...your 4x6 default is not
set correctly.

When I set all my preferences to 4x6...the
only template choices I have in the Printer
Wizard are...Full Size Fax and Full Size
Photo...(Both are 4x6).

If you have a regular printer and the photo
printer installed...you may have to uninstall
the regular printer...or set it for 4x6 also.

Maybe this will help you sort it out.
