Photo printing Wizard in Windows Explorer

Since I have installed Office2000SP3 the wizard has refused to work,
right-click --> Print now starts Microsoft Photo Editor.

I quite like the utility in Windows to print mulitple photos on a page, how
can I reactivate this without uninstalling Office?
