Photo Printing Program

I am searching for a simple program that I can use just to print photos.I do
not want a fully fledged image program like Paint shop pro or such.All I
want to be able to do is choose a photo and a layout size and print it.Can
anyone suggest one please
 
Xp built in printing wizard is ok but its not flexible enough .It limits the
photo sizes to what are available in the wizard.I am looking for something
along that line but a little more flexy
