Photo Managment Software

Like others with a digital camera, i've a huge collection of pictures.
Photo's of my cat, my wife, my house, my work, more cat and more wife ...

They're sorted in Directory's: "Year/Month/Day Additional theme"

But, now i'm looking for something to manage my collection with keywords.
There's a lot of software doing this, but i'm looking for something that
can also view Raw!

When it's possible, i'd like to store the information in the exif or IPTC

It's only a viewer - i use it already, because it is fast with Raw-viewing.
But it hasn't the possibility to add comment to a picture and search it
afterwards

I tried, but the Raw-function isn't very good. 3 of 5 times Picassa don't
build the Raw picture good.
