Photo Gallery OR forms page work but not both

Help, My site is www.desertshutterscompany.com and the form page says
fp extentions not installed, site is hosted on godaddy. When I
reinstall the extentions the form works but the gallery stops working
with an error photogallery\0000553\real.htm anybody have any idea what
is wrong????
how do I get the photo gallery working with frontpage extentions
installed on the server at godaddy???

For your last question why don't you ask godaddy?
