Photo Gallery download

Installed Office Student and Teacher Edition 2003. Downloaded updates which
I think were for Office and not the software I have. Now each time I boot my
PC I get a message asking me to put a CD in my CDROM drive to complete
installation of updates for Photo Gallery. What do I do to erase the Photo
Gallery update please?

I'd already downloaded what you suggested but I didn't have the confidence to
