Photo Captions in Word with the photo's file's name.

When I research a subject or a site, I frequently end with several
hundred photos. Then I spend hours editing the photos and renaming the
photo files to better understand the images. This work is lost when I
import or insert these JPG files into Word, because I do not know how
to get Word to insert the file name with the image file.

Can you help?

If you choose Link to File or Insert and Link, you'll get a field code that
shows the filename of the image.
