Phony Microsoft e-mails

Hi:
I'm going to try this again and hopefully I'll get lucky.
The the phony Microsoft messages sent to my computer with
attachments come by the dozens! I have blocked close to
150 in the past two days...and still they come! My 'block
sender' can't handle many more! Does anyone have a
solution?
Desperate for a fix!
