Phone problems

Everytime the telephone rings, Windows 2000 cuts in (after
2 rings), and sends a screetching noise (similar to a fax
sound) to the caller. Therefore no normal voice telephone
calls can be recieved when, Windows is running.

So disable the fax feature of your modem.

Thanks, its fixed, I'm running Win2K Server, I had to
disable the Fax Service.
