PF Backup Tool missing from non-administrator profile

Hi,
I installed the PF Backup tool for Outlook 2002. I can see the
'backup' icon under the File menu when logged in as administrator but
it is not there when logged in under any other account. Any ideas?

In that non-admin account, click Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options>COM
Add-Ins. Click Add and browse to
%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft\Office10\Addins\outbak.dll. Select it and click
OK.
