personnal information

When I first set up my computer I set it so some personnal information wasn't
to be sent on line, well one of which is my state and zip code, now I cant do
anything on the computer . Can anyone please tell me how to fix this before
I go nuts.

Control panel - internet options - content - Personal info ??
