Welcome Screen/Log On/Log Off - All in 1 prooblem

For some reason my computer asked for me to log on. This is odd as it wasn't
set up for that. The welcome screen comes up. When I select a user it says
"Loading Personnal Settings" then switches to my deck top for half a sec -
then goes back to the welcome screen and reports "Logging Off" then "Saving
Settings" then remains on the welcome screen with the choice of users again.
I can't get out of this loop. I can't bring it up in "Safe Mode" either. It
still goes to the welcome screen. Any help is appriciated.

You cannot log on to Windows XP after you remove Wsaupdater.exe:

Alternately, you can fix the "userinit" registry value using BartPE boot CD.
