Personalize Start menu?

Hello,
Is it possible to get the "Use Personalized Menus" functionality in the XP
interface? I found it in the Classic interface, but not in XP's.

Also, is it possible to sort the Start menu in XP's interface?

No, Personalised Menus are only available with XP Classic.

To sort any of the Start Menu columns past the Programs or All Programs
selection, right click and select Sort By Name.
