I have a huge personal folders file that has e-mails in it from the last 3
years. How can I pull out e-mails from pervious years and put them in thier
own PST file? I looked at rules, but didn't see an option like this.

Create a new personal folder, give it a specific name and display name (e.g.,
Personal Folder-2, display name "Mike-2"). Then, right-click on each folder
in your existing personal folder one at a time, and choose "move". Select
the new personal folder from the list. Repeat until you are satisified.
