Personal Folder Recovery

It turns out that one of the Personal Folders was inadvertently deleted. It
may have been moved to the Deleted Items Folder which was subsequently and
permanently deledted.

Is there a way to recover a deleted Personal Folder?

I'm using Outlook 2007 with Windows Vista Ultimate.

File deletion occurs in Windows and not in Outlook. Recovery would be like
any other file and off topic for this newsgroup.
Anyway, you can check if you had "Previous Versions" enabled for the volume
that you had the pst-file stored on.
