Personal Folder not closed properly error

Any idea what causes this error dialog?

"The data file 'Personal Folder' was not closed
properly. This file is being checked for problems."

Usually it's caused by Outlook not completely shutting down properly. Have
you had any errors closing Outlook?

Have had this message several times. Also with the
Archive Folders. Takes a long time to repair. Outlook is
properly closed before shutting down my notebook
