Personal File Folders in Windows Mail

I would like to open a personal file folder to keep some emails for a period
of time. I know how to save attachments, etc. When I right click to set up
a new folder, it jests adds a folder under Local Folders. I want a new
Folder for saved emails. Can someone please help me? Thank you
 
You mean, you want to save emails someplace outside of Windows Mail?
Go to File, Export, Messages, "Microsoft Windows Mail".
Save to an empty folder in your profile (like under Documents).
Do not attempt to export directly to external media.
