Moving a folder in Windows Mail

In Outlook Express one can freely move a folder where they want it - the
order is determined by you.... I have imported my messages from there to
Vista/Windows Mail. All went ok except now all my folders are UNDER the
folder IMPORTED FOLDERS. I want to move them in order under Local Folders but
I can't move them! If I click on a folder it allows me to move its contents
to another folder - I dont' want to do that - I want to move the folder!

Also if I create a new folder under Local Folders ( to try and do it this
way) that folder ends up at the bottom of the list!

Finally I tried creating a new folder - it "happened" to be under the
INBOX... now I cannot delete it. It seems to allow me to do it but it just
doesn't go away.

HELP PLEASE!

You can create custom folders, but they must be below the system
created folders.

Try dragging the unwanted folder to Deleted Items.

Kinda/sorta. I think you'll find that user-created folders are ordered
alphabetically.

And how did you go about importing the OE data?
