I have about a dozen Temporary Internet Files which I cannot delete.
Delete, Shift+Delete, moving to Recycle Bin don't work.

I tried setting the system time ahead and deleting, still nada.

Suggestions are appreciated.

Assuming you are using Internet Explorer, use the tool intended for this
in Menu: Tools/Internet Options, Tab: General. Don't use Explorer to do
this directly.

Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.

Thanks Rob. The tool worked perfectly. I never knew it was there. As you
could tell from my post I was doing it the old fashioned way.

I learn something new every day.

JAX thanks. It wasn't spyware. There were gifs from an NFL site I went to
last August. Like the Carolina Panthers logo and other goofy stuff.

Anyway, I used the Delete Files tool available in Internet Explorer and it
worked.

Hi CM,

I read Rob's post, I had assumed you had already done that. What I offered
would do no harm anyway.

Cheers, JAX
