Perpetual Reminder 2.10

Perpetual Reminder is a program for keeping track of daily events.

New in version 2.10
1. Alarm was getting into a perpetual loop upon displaying
a high priority message after a low priority message.
2. Alarm delay times were incorrect and now seem to work.
3. Addition of moon phase displayed.
4. F11 can now be set to clear all highlighted messages.
