Luing Community Trust.
We require a form to give us permission to store membership details
electronically.
CAN YOU HELP.

Have no idea what you are asking.

Doo you have a database already built in Access? Do you need help building
a form to put the data in? Forms don't "store details", tables do.
 
What we are needing is a form granting permission to hold trust members
details on a electronic database, we don't as yet have a electronic database.
Details we would hold are to be basic, i.e name, adress, age?, maybe
contributions etc, other things we fell necessery, it is really just to cover
all eventuallities, So yes! it is guidance to designing a form. thank you for
your response, I hope that this is not to vague.
