How to set user level permissions on Windows XP Home?
I was not getting it.Are we able to set permissions on Windows XP Home?
 
Windows XP HE is very limited to setting user level permissions, it really
only supports 2 types of user accounts. "Limited" and "Administrator".

You can gain granular access to files and folder security settings in safe
mode but that's about it.

Now do you mean RIGHTS or Permissions?
