Permissions to Eject Pen Drive

When ever the users try to 'Unplug or Eject Hardware' ie
external memory drive/pen drive they do not have
permission. What do I need to set either locally or on
group policy to enable them to do this instead of me
logging in as administrator to do it for them
 
Check to see if the Security Settings in Either the local or group Policy is
setting the "Allowed to eject removable NTFS media"
