Permissions on mapped drive

In a school environment. All computers are logged in the morning using the
same generic account. They have a mapped drive where everyone has full
control. Is it possible under a generic login to give users the ability to
read write to the mapped drive and all the folder in the mapped drive but not
ability to cut and paste between folders.

Thanks,

There is no difference between writing and pasting. If there were a way to
disable pasting, you could easily circumvent that by dragging and dropping
or by loading a document into an application and saving.

If you need to control access, each student should have his or her own regular
user (not administrator) account.
