permissions from nt4.0 to w2k

I moved a hard drive from an old nt server to a new w2k
SBS server and then tried changing permissions so that I
could copy the whole folder without permissions
problems. Hit deny on everyone and added Domain Admins.
Wouldn't add domain admins, but denied everyone group.
Now I can't get permissions to anything. Put it back in
the old server to fix the permissions and it seems to
still be seeing the deny everyone permissions from w2k
and won't let me change them back "access denied".
Logged on as domain admin on each machine. HELP.

You need to take ownership of the folders, se this MS Knowledge Base
