permission to use printer...

I have a ICS network set up through a router with XP Pro
on one computer and XP Home on the other. The XP Home
machine can see the shared folders and printers fine and
vica-versa but it can't access the printer. It doesn't
have 'permission'?? How can a allow it to use the
printer?
