recently in the office we have been installing office 2003 in some pc,
however, the users that have outlook 2003 can see the folders of the other
users without input the password. How I can make to change these parameters,
since they come for default and now we will have to change them in each pc.

This is not an issue at the PC level. Check the permissions on the parent
container in Active Directory. They're obviously set too loosely.
