Permission Issues with Frontpage -- Please Help

I have MS Frontpage 2002 Extensions installed on the server, and using
Frontpage 2002(xp) on the client.

I'm able to create directories off of the main web site, and create
files within those folders, but I'm not able to edit/create files on
the main root server. It keeps on saying, "server error cannot open
file for writing" yet I can view the file for editing, just can't save
it.

Can u please help. I tried just about everything.

Check your server permissions (or have your host check them)
