Permanently Remove Mapped Network Drive?

How do I permanently remove mapped network drives from my PC? (These are
mapped drives to my former employer, and I no longer want these mapped drives
on my PC.)

I've looked high and low throughout online Help and some related forums, but
to no avail.

Start Windows Explorer, Click on Tools, Disconnect Network Drive and select
the drive you want to disconnect. Click on OK. Do the same for each other
drive you want to dump.

You can also double click on My computer, right click on the drive you want
to dump and click on Disconnect.

Windows provides many ways of doing the same job.
