permanently deleted junk mail

I accidentally permanently deleted something that was not supposed to be in
my junk email in the first place, and I need to know how to retrieve a
permanently deleted message?

I don't think you can unless it is in your deleted items or maybe it is
linked to the contact's business history if you had email linking on. Or, it
may be on a backup of your database - assuming you back up regularly, of
course.
