Permanent change to Paper Size

Does anyone know of a way to permanently change the paper
Size under Page Setup for Internet Explorer?? I would
like to have a permanent setting of 10x14 instead of the
default Letter. After I make the changes and hit OK, it
saves the setting, but after I close the window and reopen
it it reverts back to Letter. I've scoured the Net and MS
Help to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Change it in Control Panel-Printers.
You cannot change it permanently in IE.
