Hopefully someone will have an answer to this.
Periodically, my keyboard just freezes. Mouse still
works, but I can't type anything. Requires a reboot.

Any ideas for a fix or a registry edit would be
greatly appreciated.

Be more specific on fix you have tried. New keyboard ? Restore points ?
Virus scan ?
