Performance information page does not show WEI

I've recently noticed that the Windows Experience Index on my PC is not
showing the breakdown of how it got my score of 5.5. In Control Panel /
System it stated 'Windows Experience Index: Unrated'. When I click on it
the performance Information and Tools screen opens and states the last time
it was updated was 02/06/2007 and does not give an option to update.

Any ideas on how to do a manual update?

Hello,

delete the files in the following folder:
C:\Windows\Performance\WinSAT\DataStore . See if it works now.

Thanks for the info, I'd found the files and deleted them just as I read
your email. Well it seems to have resolved the problem.
