Pentium socket for Zalman fan

I have a Dell desktop and have bought a Zalman fan for the CPU to
quiet the PC down. Unfortunately, the plastic rails around the CPU
that Dell used are not standard - just made to fit their heatsink.
Can I replace those rails with standard rails? And if so, does anyone
know where I can purchase same?

you can change the retainer bracket i know they are sold as spare parts ,
try to do a google research.
