Pentimum IV power supply

What is the minimum watt for power supply for Pentimum IV?
What would happen if I use low voltage power supply? such as 250W? It should
at least start up to BIOS, right?

When you start your computer everything that is physically connected draws
power (wattage) immediately. If the aggregate of the devices power
consumptions exceed the output of the power supply, the system may not even
boot up.

Worse, some cheap power supplies get unstable when you draw too much
current. This can actually cause damage in some cases.
