Penny rounding!

Thanks also to JE McGimpsey, but I obviously haven't explained mysel
too well. I don't want Excel to round the results, what I'm trying t
do is to ask excel to check if the relationship between cells is
certain percentage, in this case 17.5%. Because of penny rounding i
the _original_ figures i can accept an error of a few pennies, say .
percent, but I need to see where any larger errors are. I can't chang
the original numbers in columns 1 or 2. I just can't seem to find ho
to enter a high or low boundary in the calculations. please someon
help, because this is ruining my "Saturday off work". :
