I have a small group of PCs that need to share files--a
mix of XP Pro and W2k. Networking the units (6 systems)
used to be a very simple process--but with XP in the mix,
it seems much more troublesome. The XP units need to
access one of the W2k units. There is no domain. TCP/IP
connected to a T1 with static IPs and static NAT
established which hasn't changed in 2 years. The only
thing that has changed is that two of the workstations
were upgraded to XP Pro. I've disabled the ICF on the XP
units, with no luck. Why is such a simple concept so
difficult to implement now?
I'm done ranting now. Any help will be truly
appreciated. Thank you.
