pdh.dll failed to load counters

Hi,
I have an application that uses the pdh.dll, and load
performance counters.
On a specific computer with Win 200 with SP4 it fails to
load the Memory counters:
-\\Memory\\Commit Limit
-\\Memory\\Committed Bytes
the return code of PdhAddcounter is: PDH_CSTATUS_NO_OBJECT
(the physical disk counter loaded successfully).
the pdh.dll ver is 5.0.2195.6660.
There is enough memory/disk space/cpu.
Does you know what can cause this to happan?

Can you please post the full PDH path \\Machine Name\Object Name\Counter\Instance, so it could be find out why it is failing, because when tried it worked perfectly.
