is there any decent software for
PDF to any Text xver?
(table format to tabbed colons, etc...

There is no freeware that handles tables. but...

The best one I have found so far is in the xPDF package at
http://www.foolabs.com/xpdf/about.html. But you will still have a
fair amount of editing to do.
