pdf hyperlinks

I have created a PP presentation with some hyperlinks to PDF documents. It
works perfectly on my desktop, but on my laptop, when I click on the link,
the screen "flashes" briefly, but the document does not open. I do not get an
error message. On my desktop I am running PP 2000 vs. 9.0.0.6620 sp-3 and
Adobe Reader vs. 6.0. On my laptop I am running PP 2000 vs. 9.0.0.3821 sp-1
and adobe reader vs. 7.0. I have made sure the material I need is in the
correct folder with the correct path for each computer. Do you think this is
a PP issue or a Adobe Reader issue?

It's an Adobe Reader 7.0 issue.

But Steve Rindsberg mentioned on the phone yesterday that Adobe has an
update for the 7.0 Reader that fixes this. So you'll prolly just need to hit
the Adobe site...

It's a Reader issue.

Start Reader and if it doesn't automatically want to call home and get updates,
choose Help, Check for updates now ... and let it update to 7.0.1
