PDF freeware

Is there any freeware tools that allow merging, deleting and editing of PDF
documents?

pdflatex w/ the package pdfpages will allow one to extract particular pages,
and to merge them together. One can also overlay a .pdf w/ other text / images

Not aware of any freeware for editing .pdfs directly though. There is a
freeware program for TabletPCs for annotating them though, should be at
www.abletfactory.com I think is the URL.

Thanks. but i am using windows pc.

i am hoping to find a freeware that has a GUI which has about the same
capabilities as Acrobat (not reader) and in English.
