Access has no built in method to convert or output to PDF files.
If you have any number of PDF printer drivers, such as Adobe's, Win2PDF
(www.daneprairie.com), pdfFactory (www.fineprint.com) or others such as
PDF995 (www.pdf995.com) or Cute PDF, you can simply print your report to a
PDF file.
If you need to automate output to a PDF file, (i.e. specifying file names in
code etc.) then you might want to look at our PDF and Mail Library for
Access, which will allow you to do that via VBA with most of the drivers
noted above. Its on our web.
