There are free (and premium) PDF printer-drivers that you can print your
report to from Access. I use CutePDF, which is free and good enough for
my purposes, though the name of the output file must be specified
interactively so you can't fully automate the process.
You need to get hold of a printer driver that outputs to a
pdf file. I think you're in the uk are you not? If so have
a look on the PC-Pro free cd - pdfFactory I think it was
called.
