PDF Conversion

I am trying to convert powerpoint handouts to pdf files with PowerPoint 2007.
I know how to convert them, but I want to convert them in black and white -
NOT IN COLOR. Is there a way to do this?

I do this all the time.

Just go to the File - Print menu and change the Print Properties to Black &
White.

You should be good.
