PDA connection problems with Microsoft Outlook & latest update

I recently downloaded an update to Microsoft Outlook. After this I cannot
make my Dell Axim A3 synchonise with my laptop (Dell Inspiron 1150, running
Windows XP) The error message says the problem is with file Oxc0000142
