pctspk.exe holds cpu 90%

Hi, pctspk.exe runs as process on task manager and holds up cpu 90% causing a slow response.Using Dell notebook c610 and applied latest security patches and service pack1 and still problem exist.

You are infected with the W32.HLLW.Gaobot.EE virus
download nod32 at www.nod32.com update it and start your system in safe mode scan for viruses
