server production, Microsoft want to I reinstall windows I hope that you

If you want to maintain your popularity in newsgroups then you
need to understand the difference between cross-posting (which
is OK when one in moderation) and multi-posting (which is always

other newsgroup where you posted your question?

have 260 users trying to access the server down

If the file is actually corrupt or misplaced you can try to replace it
with a good copy, otherwise reinstalling Windows is usually the only way
to fix the pci.sys error, so if you want to get the server back up
follow the advice given by Microsoft.
