"pci/pnp error", need help.

I've recently formated my harddrive, installed a new graphic card and a second harddrive
My problem is that I recieve the following message during startup, just after it has loaded the mous
"erro
1806:pci/pnp error! Resource conflict - pci in slot 0
bus:02, device:0D, function:00.

What is wrong, and how do I fix it?
