pc wont boot, dont know bios password...

Help! My screen says ntldr is missing. I tried to
reinstall with xp boot disk. didn't work. Tried to
reinstall Dos, but now it says starting ms-dos and does
nothing. I don't know my BIOS password, is there
something else I can try?
 
The file may be corrupted. I would run error checking. If
you need help open up help and support and search error
checking.
If that doesn't and you have windows xp installation
disk, then checkout
http://www.webtree.ca/windowsxp/repair_xp.htm
Scroll down ntldr. You'll need to scroll up because thats
part of recovery console.
